SRJ Group of Institutions Hosts Grand State-Level Abacus & Vedic Mathematics Excellence Award Program – 2026

SRJ Group of Institutions, Kalaburagi, successfully conducted the State-Level Abacus & Vedic Mathematics Excellence Award Program – 2026 on January 25, 2026, marking a proud and historic moment in the field of academic excellence and mental mathematics. The prestigious program celebrated young talent, discipline, and intellectual brilliance among students.

The grand event witnessed participation from four districts—Kalaburagi, Bidar, Yadgir, and Vijayapura, with more than 1,000 students representing various schools. The program drew an overwhelming gathering of over 4,000 attendees, including parents, teachers, principals, school managements, and esteemed dignitaries, reflecting the scale and impact of the initiative.

The award ceremony was inaugurated by Dr. Laxmi Patil Maka, Dean, Sharanabasava University, Kalaburagi. The occasion was further graced by Dr. Megha Kamlapurkar, Gynecologist, Devatha Hospital, Kalaburagi, as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Vinay Sagar Sharma, Chief Neurosurgeon, United Hospital, Kalaburagi, as the Guest of Honour. Their inspiring presence motivated students and parents alike.

Students were recognised across various competitive categories. The Outstanding Performer Award was presented with a trophy, smart watch, and badge. Champion of Champions, Champion, Topper, and Runner-Up awards were honoured with trophies and badges. All participating students were encouraged with participation trophies and certificates, ensuring appreciation and motivation for every learner.

A unique and emotional highlight of the event was the Student and Parent Video Conversation Award, where parents shared their heartfelt experiences and gratitude. This initiative beautifully reflected the strong parent–student bond and the supportive learning environment nurtured by SRJ Group of Institutions.

Adding further pride to the occasion, SRJ Group of Institutions achieved two prestigious International World Book Records — the Influencer World Book Record and the Forbes International World Book Record. These honours were received on stage in the presence of dignitaries, marking a highly honourable moment and celebrating SRJ’s growing international recognition in the education sector.

The event was led by the founders of SRJ Group of Institutions, Mr. Raghavendra Joshi, Co-Founder, and Mrs. Supriya R. Joshi, Co-Founder & CEO. Their vision, leadership, and dedication were widely appreciated for organising such a large-scale academic and inspirational program.
